Damaged Products

Please note that all orders are sent protected by a bubble envelope that protects the order. However, if your order is damaged during the delivery time, please send us a photo “proof” of this damage within 3 days after receipt of the order (based on the date of receipt indicate in the delivery tracking)

 

General Delivery Policy

Orders are sent internationally from Lyon, France via postal services.

It is possible to select a delivery with or without tracking, for France or for the rest of the world.

All orders are sent in bubble envelopes.

Please recheck your delivery information before finalizing the order. Any changes to your delivery information after order validation will not necessarily be taken into account.

We are not responsible for errors due to the incorrect entry of the address by the customer.

The purchaser is responsible for all potential customs charges related to international deliveries.

All delivery prices are based on French postal rates. No profit is made on delivery.

Our order processing time is currently 2 to 3 business days after payment of the order.

Please note that this processing time does not include delivery time.
